Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement, from RFQs and vendor sourcing to PO placement and delivery follow-up
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers
• Evaluate technical and commercial quotations and prepare bid comparison statements
• Coordinate with engineering, project, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely material delivery
• Monitor supplier performance, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with project specifications

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant procurement experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and procurement documentation
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems preferred
• Good understanding of Incoterms and international procurement
• UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage
