Job Overview
Manage the full accounting function, including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closing. Lead and supervise the accounting team and ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and management accounts. Handle VAT filing and tax compliance. Manage audit requirements and coordinate with external auditors. Maintain strong financial controls and compliance. Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and reconciliations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4-5 years' In GCC experience in a Senior Accountant or Team Leader role. Experience in a large company with annual turnover exceeding 100 million. Must have managed the full accounting function, not just one section. Strong audit background from a reputable audit firm. Proven leadership and team management experience. Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and VAT filing. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and compliance. Employment Type Full-time
