Senior Executive - Sales

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Executive – Sales, with a strong focus on Liner and Freight Forwarding business, to join our team and drive new business growth across the UAE market. What You'll Do: Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients, primarily for Liner services, with additional focus on Freight Forwarding Maintain and grow revenue from existing client accounts through consistent follow-ups and service excellence Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts accurately and on time Follow up on client inquiries, RFQs, and pending proposals to ensure high conversion rates Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution Maintain updated client and sales records in system Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support sales strategy, with emphasis on Liner trade trends Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events as required Desired Candidate Profile 3–5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in Liner business and exposure to Freight Forwarding as well Proven track record in acquiring new customers and developing business within the Liner/shipping segment Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Liner Shipping operations, and Logistics solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Solid UAE market experience Valid UAE driving license Employment Type Full-time
