Senior HR Officer

• Workforce Planning & Design Support workforce planning and the annual manpower budgeting cycle in partnership with business leaders. Maintain the organization structure and control headcount against approved budgets. Conduct job analysis and develop and maintain job descriptions and position governance. Carry out talent-pipeline and workforce-gap analysis and recommend actions to close gaps. 2. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection, from requisition to offer and joining. Define sourcing strategies and manage recruitment agencies and their performance. Support employer branding and the employee value proposition (EVP). Govern onboarding and drive a consistent new-hire experience. Coordinate probation confirmations with hiring managers. 3. Talent & Succession Administer internal mobility, transfers and promotions. Support succession planning and talent review processes. Help identify high-potential employees, critical roles and critical talent. Support career pathways and development planning. Contribute to the competency framework, working with Learning & Development (L&D). 4. Retention & Insight Design and support retention strategies and monitor turnover risk. Build and maintain graduate, internship and Emirati talent pipelines. Analyze exit trends and provide workforce recommendations to leadership. Produce talent analytics, recruitment dashboards and regular reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage. 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, workforce planning and talent management. Experience working with recruitment agencies and managing sourcing channels. Exposure to succession planning, internal mobility and competency frameworks. Knowledge of UAE labor law and Emiratization requirements is strongly preferred, along with experience in Emirati graduate and internship programmes. Employment Type Full-time
