Senior HR & Organizational Development Specialist

Staffona is hiring a Senior HR & Organizational Development Specialist to work remotely from Egypt on a full-time basis. You will support organizational structure design, build job grading and competency frameworks, and improve performance management systems and HR policies. You will also prepare reports, presentations and client deliverables, using AI tools to work more efficiently. Support the design and development of organizational structures Build job descriptions, job grades and competency frameworks Design and improve performance management systems Develop and improve HR policies Conduct job analysis to support workforce planning Prepare HR reports, presentations and client deliverables Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve research quality and efficiency Desired Candidate Profile 5 8 years of overall HR experience At least 2 years of hands-on Organizational Development experience Strong understanding of OD methodologies and HR frameworks Practical experience with job analysis, workforce planning, job grading, competency frameworks and performance management Fluent English, written and spoken Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT Strong analytical, research, presentation and communication skills Proactive and detail-oriented, able to work independently Experience in HR consultancy
