Senior Manager Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Manager Analytics will play a vital role in developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive business growth. This position requires a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented individual with a deep technical understanding of data pipelines, visualization, and financial metrics. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify analytical opportunities, build intelligent reporting systems, and drive revenue optimization across operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain centralized dashboards using Power BI and advanced Google Sheets to monitor KPIs across multiple Gulf countries. Utilize Advanced SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets for strategic planning and operational support. Automate reporting workflows and internal tracking tools using Google Apps Script. Conduct financial analysis, including revenue, EBITDA, profitability margins, and forecasting. Apply statistical techniques to interpret trends, validate hypotheses, and support business decisions. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into business solutions. Desired Candidate Profile 5 7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Strong expertise in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python. Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools. Strong understanding of statistics and business forecasting. Good financial acumen, including knowledge of revenue, EBITDA, and gross margins. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
