Senior Manager, Enabling Functions, Sales and Alliance

Develop and manage a qualified CX sales pipeline across GCC markets. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including CMOs, CIOs, and Chief Digital Officers. Identify and shape opportunities involving Adobe, Salesforce, and Liferay platforms. Lead account planning, opportunity qualification, and sales pursuits/Closure. Position Deloitte s CX capabilities across CRM, marketing, commerce, personalization, portals, and digital experience. Collaborate with principals like Adobe, Salesforce, Liferay, and ecosystem partners on joint opportunities. Support pricing discussions, sales forecasting, internal governance, and opportunity closure. Contribute to GCC go-to-market initiatives and market expansion. Desired Candidate Profile 5 10 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or technology services. Proven experience selling CX, CRM, digital experience, marketing, commerce, or portal solutions. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or Liferay is a plus. Demonstrated success engaging senior client stakeholders and closing complex opportunities. Strong knowledge of customer journeys, personalization, omnichannel engagement, CRM, and digital channels will be an added advantage. Experience working across GCC markets particularly Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman is preferred, with broader regional exposure considered a valuable advantage Understanding of GCC market dynamics, priority industries, and regional transformation agendas. Experience in government, financial services, telecommunications, consumer, or technology sectors. Sales certification in any one of these platforms Adobe, Salesforce, or Liferay is a plus. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Willingness to travel across the GCC as required.
