Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil

• Prepare detailed BOQs, take-offs and cost estimates for tenders and variations. ● Manage interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations. ● Review and negotiate variations and claims with clients and subcontractors. ● Prepare final accounts and support contract close-out. ● Mentor junior quantity surveyors on measurement and valuation practices. Desired Candidate Profile ● 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within civil contracting. ● Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations and final accounts. ● Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor accounts. ● Excellent negotiation and commercial reporting skills. ● Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
