Senior Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical

• Prepare detailed BOQs, take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical works. ● Manage interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations. ● Review and negotiate variations and claims related to mechanical scope. ● Prepare final accounts and support commercial close-out. ● Mentor junior quantity surveyors on mechanical measurement practices. Desired Candidate Profile ● 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within MEP contracting, focused on mechanical works. ● Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations and final accounts. ● Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor accounts. ● Excellent negotiation and commercial reporting skills. ● Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
