Senior Sales Manager

A reputed marine services company is seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth in cargo lashing, sea-fastening, industrial packaging, and cargo-securing supplies. The role will focus primarily on ADNOC group companies, Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, shipping lines, ports, and industrial clients. Candidates must have 5–6 years of B2B sales experience, strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, and the ability to conduct site surveys and coordinate the execution of awarded projects. Excellent negotiation, reporting, and account-management skills are essential. Native Arabic speakers holding a valid UAE driving licence will be preferred.
