Desired Candidate Profile

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential for a strong foundation in electrical principles. Professional certification such as PE (Professional Engineer) is highly desirable to validate expertise and credibility. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience in construction or site management is preferred.
