Job Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or HR Management
• Master s is a plus 3-5 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in retail industry Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting workflows Previous experience or knowledge in Compensation & Benefits is a plus Job Duties & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both Back Office and Front Office positions Screen and recruit potential candidates using sources such as company s databases, networking, social media, recruitment agencies, job fairs, referrals, and other relevant channels Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, offer letters, and documentation flow Ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of employee and candidate information in the HRIS, by maintaining data integrity and confidentiality Monitor and report recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, pipeline health, and recruitment funnel performance Ensure compliance with all internal recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations Ensure recruitment timelines are met while maintaining quality-of-hire standards and a positive candidate experience Identify recruitment challenges and provide appropriate solutions to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and other HR initiatives Support C&B activities when required
