Technical Account Manager

We are hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong cybersecurity sales experience to drive Managed Security Services (MSS) growth across enterprise and government customers. Drive MSS business development and sales growth. Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities. Position MSS solutions including SOC, SIEM, Endpoint Security, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response. Conduct customer presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and market developments. Desired Candidate Profile • 8 10 years of cybersecurity sales experience. • MSS sales experience preferred. • Fluent in Arabic and English. • Strong enterprise customer network. • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders. • Channel/partner sales experience preferred. • Understanding of government procurement processes. • OT security experience is a plus. • Willingness to travel up to 50%. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Proven B2B sales success in Cybersecurity or IT Services. • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. • Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.) are an advantage. Ideal Candidate: Cybersecurity sales professional with enterprise customer relationships, MSS knowledge, and a proven track record of selling security solutions.
