Telecaller

Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow-ups. Qualify leads by asking probing questions to determine their suitability and interest level, maximizing conversion opportunities. Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing to answer customer queries effectively and build trust. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service, showcasing a proven track record of success. Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a significant advantage.
