Telesales Executive – Jewellery

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate interest and identify potential sales opportunities Follow up on warm leads and customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp Engage prospective customers, understand their requirements and introduce relevant gemstone and diamond jewellery products Qualify leads and convert customer interest into showroom appointments Maintain consistent and persistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle Drive lead conversion and close gemstone and diamond jewellery sales Re-engage existing customers and leads to identify repeat and cross-selling opportunities Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions using CRM and Excel Work towards defined calling, appointment, conversion and sales targets Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Lead Conversion or Client Relations Hands-on experience in cold calling, outbound sales and follow-up of prospective customers Proven experience in meeting sales, appointment or conversion targets Fluent English and Tamil – Mandatory Hindi or Malayalam would be an added advantage Confident and professional telephone communication skills Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer-handling abilities Persistent and disciplined approach to customer follow-ups and lead conversion Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM and Excel Experience in jewellery, luxury retail or premium product sales preferred Minimum High School qualification; Diploma or Degree preferred Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join at short notice are preferred Employment Type Full-time
