Key Responsibilities

• Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
• Understand candidates’ education, experience, and career goals
• Explain overseas job opportunities and company services
• Qualify leads and convert them into registered clients
• Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams for smooth processing
• Build long-term relationships with candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or recruitment sales
• Excellent English communication skills (Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil is an advantage)
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Comfortable working with CRM software
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude
