Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Contact potential clients through inbound and outbound calls. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Understand client requirements and provide initial information about company projects. Qualify leads and identify potential buyers. Schedule meetings and site visits for the Sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with clients to ensure continuous engagement and support the sales process. Coordinate with Sales Executives regarding lead status and client feedback. Achieve daily and monthly call, follow-up, and appointment targets. Prepare regular reports on lead status, calls, and conversion progress. Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service. Real estate sales experience is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic or other languages are an advantage. Confident and professional telephone communication skills. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions. Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Target-driven with a positive attitude. Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidates preferred. Arab or European nationality preferred. UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
