Waterproofing Sales Engineer / Sales Executive – UAE Job Type: Full-Time

Experience

2–5 years in waterproofing / construction materials sales Job Description We are looking for a motivated Waterproofing Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, meeting clients, promoting waterproofing products and solutions, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop new customers and business opportunities in the UAE. Visit construction sites, contractors, consultants, developers, and project companies. Promote and sell waterproofing products and systems. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable waterproofing solutions. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects. Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients. Identify upcoming construction projects and generate leads. Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for site requirements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain regular sales reports and update customer/project information. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in waterproofing / construction materials sales. Good knowledge of waterproofing products and applications is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE market experience and an existing contractor/consultant network will be an advantage. UAE driving license is preferred. Candidates available in the UAE will be preferred. Target-oriented and willing to travel for client/site visits. Salary & Benefits Salary: 3000 to 4000 commission/incentives, depending on experience and qualifications.
