Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIR) is highly desirable. Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
