About the Role We are hiring an Automotive Sales Executive for our showroom in Souq Al Haraj, Sharjah. You will look after customers from first contact to delivery: understanding what they need, presenting the right vehicles from stock, closing the sale, and coordinating the finance and export paperwork that follows. Prior car sales experience is an advantage but not essential. We welcome candidates from other sales backgrounds who bring a strong customer focus and a keen interest in cars. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Greet showroom visitors, understand their needs and budget, and recommend suitable vehicles from stock. Present vehicle features and benefits and conduct test drives. Build lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Provide attentive after-sales service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Sales Performance Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Negotiate sale prices and trade-in values. Develop in-depth knowledge of the brands and models we sell. Work with the sales team and other departments to achieve showroom goals. Finance and Documentation Guide customers through financing options and complete the required paperwork. Collect customer documents for auto loans and coordinate with bank agents to secure timely approvals. Ensure all financial transactions comply with company and bank policies. Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales transactions, and prepare sales documentation and reports. Export Sales Support Handle export documentation and procedures for international vehicle sales. Coordinate with customers and their shipping agents on the required documents (exit certificate, export bill of entry, bill of lading). Keep the accounts department updated on the status and completion of export documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or associate degree. Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a strong customer service record; car sales experience is an advantage. Experience dealing with high-value customers is an advantage. Fluent in English; Russian/Tagalog/French is an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, in person and over the phone. Professional appearance, friendly manner and positive attitude, with a competitive but customer-focused approach. Flexible on working hours to meet sales targets. Valid driving license. Computer literate, including email, Microsoft Excel and Word. What We Offer Competitive salary, agreed after interview based on experience and capability. Working hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm with a break from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm during the initial training period, reducing thereafter in line with company policy.
