Job Description Roles & Responsibilities A leading Group operating in the automotive and auto spare parts sector is looking for an experienced HR & Admin professional to manage and support the day-to-day Human Resources and Administration activities for its Oman operations. The role will be responsible for HR administration, employee support, recruitment coordination, documentation, labour-law compliance, Omanisation, and government relations/PRO activities as required. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR administration in Oman, including attendance, leave, employee records and documentation. Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support. Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities. Ensure compliance with Omani Labour Law and applicable HR regulations. Support Omanisation targets and initiatives related to the hiring and development of Omani nationals. Maintain accurate employee files, contracts and HR records. Coordinate with the Group HR & Admin team in the UAE regarding payroll inputs, leave, employee information and HR reporting. Support PRO/government relations activities, including labour clearances, work permits, visas and resident cards. Coordinate with the Ministry of Labour, Royal Oman Police (ROP) and other relevant authorities. Support general office administration, staff accommodation, transportation and facilities. Track licences, permits, visas and employee documents and ensure timely renewals. Monitor changes in Omani labour regulations and government procedures and update management accordingly. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data. Qualifications & Experience Omani National – Mandatory. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 2–4 years of HR & Admin experience in Oman. Experience in PRO / Government Relations will be an advantage. Good understanding of Omani Labour Law and Omanisation requirements. Familiarity with Omani government e-services and HR processes. Valid Omani driving licence required. Desired Candidate Profile Good knowledge of HR administration and Omani labour regulations. Strong understanding of Omanisation requirements. Fluent Arabic with good English communication skills. Good interpersonal and employee-management skills. Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Reliable, professional and able to work independently. Good relationship-building skills with government departments will be an advantage. Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office. Exposure to HRMS/payroll software will be an advantage. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be an Omani National with hands-on experience in HR & Administration and a good understanding of Omani labour regulations. Candidates with exposure to PRO/government relations, Omanisation, Ministry of Labour processes, ROP, visa/work-permit processing and employee administration will be preferred. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating independently with both Oman Management and the Group HR & Admin team in the UAE.
