Introducing Broker (IB) – Forex

Full-Time / Commission-Based We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Introducing Broker (IB) to join our Forex business in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills and the ability to generate and refer new clients interested in Forex trading. Generate and refer new clients to the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Promote the company's Forex trading services and platform. Develop client networks through personal contacts, social media, referrals, and other channels. Follow up with leads and support the client onboarding process. Achieve monthly client acquisition and business targets. Maintain professional communication with clients and business partners. Work closely with the sales and business development team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as an IB, Introducing Broker, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role is preferred. Strong network of potential Forex/financial market clients is an advantage. Good knowledge of Forex trading and financial markets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Experience in Forex, CFDs, brokerage, or financial services is highly preferred.
