Sales & Customer Relations Manager

Own and drive exhibitor, booth and sponsorship sales across all our exhibitions Carry an individual sales target and take responsibility for overall team performance Prospect actively, generate new business and build opportunities rather than relying on inbound enquiries Identify cross-selling opportunities and grow repeat participation Lead negotiations with major exhibitors, sponsors and strategic accounts while protecting commercial value Lead, coach and supervise the Customer Relations / Sales Executives, set targets and review pipeline and closed revenue Keep the CRM accurate and up to date, and give management reliable sales forecasts and booking updates Act as the senior commercial contact for key clients and handle escalations Review booking and contract documentation, and coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Operations and Contracting & Design Oversee exhibitor manuals and participation guidelines, and make sure the team is ready for each exhibition's launch, onboarding and move-in Desired Candidate Profile 3–5+ years of B2B sales, business development or commercial account-management experience Experience in exhibitions, events, media, advertising, hospitality or sponsorship sales is strongly preferred At least 2 years of team-lead, supervisory or sales-coaching experience Proven record of meeting individual sales targets and generating revenue Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, sales pipelines and forecasting Professional written and spoken Arabic and English Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred Employment Type Full-time
