Sales Executive - Swimming Pool Equipments

A Bahrain-based specialist company in swimming pool solutions — equipment trading, maintenance, construction and related services. Our range covers circulation pumps, filtration systems, pool heaters, heating and cooling systems, salt chlorinators, underwater lighting, robotic cleaners, cleaning kits, pool chemicals, pool furniture and lifesaving accessories. We are committed to quality products, reliable service and cost-effective solutions for our customers. We are looking for a field-based Sales Executive to grow our swimming pool equipment business across Bahrain. You will sell to hotels, resorts, contractors, consultants, facility management companies and private pool owners — generating enquiries, preparing quotations, closing orders and building long-term customer relationships. Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Generate and follow up on sales enquiries, quotations and purchase orders through to closure. Promote our full product range: swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam, filtration, heating and related equipment. Conduct regular visits to customers, contractors, consultants and project sites. Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with the technical, purchasing, warehouse and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing, and report findings to management. Follow up on deliveries and customer payments / outstanding receivables. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations and customer visits.

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa or NOC. Valid Bahrain driving licence — the role requires daily independent travel to client and project sites. 2–5 years' sales experience in swimming pool equipment, MEP, construction, water treatment or a related industry. Proven ability to generate new business, follow up enquiries, prepare quotations and close orders. Strong spoken and written English; confident dealing with hotel maintenance teams, contractors, consultants and other decision-makers. Comfortable with field sales and on-site client visits to hotels, resorts and commercial properties. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Employment Type Full-time
