Urgent Open position for Recruiter/ Sr Recruiter

Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking events, to build robust talent pipelines. Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations, ensuring a high-quality candidate pool for hiring managers. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, providing a seamless and positive candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to deliver targeted recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the Oil and Gas sector. Proven expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Employment Type Full-time
